Maintaining Character while Modernizing for today
A full home renovation that maintained the character of this 1950s semi-bungalow while modernizing it to fit the homeowner’s needs. Highlights include a complete redesign of the 2nd floor which added another bathroom and laundry area to the home, increasing the home’s energy efficiency from 259 GJ / year to 132 GJ / year and adding a legal secondary suite in the basement.
